We are so sad to announce the passing of our dear Paul, our much loved father, partner, son, brother and friend to many. He has spent the last 6 months fighting a disease that returned and threw everything it had at him. He never complained, anyone that knows him knows his will was so strong but it really was relentless.
He spent his final weeks spending time with his family and friends who love him dearly and passed away at his childhood home which is where he wanted to be.

With his transfer to Norfolk came an unfamiliar network of support care workers and we didn’t know what to expect. We are incredibly grateful to the staff of the Bury Rural Community Care Team and St Nicholas Hospice for their attention and unwavering support in Paul’s final days. Without them we couldnt have given Paul what he wanted and that was to be cared for at home.

Paul’s funeral will take place at St Nicholas Church, North Lopham, Diss, IP22 2LP and the family invite you to join them afterwards at The Fox, The Street, Garboldisham, Diss, IP22 2RZ.
